Patience Bwalya Mwila is a passionate educator, mentor, and advocate for girls’ empowerment. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education, specializing in English Language and Special Needs Education, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Project Management at Copperbelt University.

Patience serves as the Executive Director of Endesha, the official implementer of Design for Change Zambia, and is the Managing Director of B73 Tech Hub. She is also the School Coordinator for the Girls Leading Our World (GLOW) Club, where she mentors girls in leadership, confidence, and life skills.

A recipient of the Sheroes Honor Award (2023) and the Educational Recognition Award (2024), Patience exemplifies leadership through education, entrepreneurship, and service, proving that with purpose and faith, every story can spark change.
