Dr. Jacob Ntsholeng Segale is a distinguished researcher and expert in human rights, public health, and developmental research. He holds a PhD in Developmental Studies, with a specialisation in Human Rights, from the Africa Research University in Zambia, along with multiple master's degrees and postgraduate diplomas from prestigious institutions in the UK.
With extensive experience in the NGO sector, Dr. Segale has held leadership positions in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning in organisations such as FHI360, Wits Reproductive Health, HIV/AIDS Institute, and the Anova Health Institute. He has also worked across Southern and East Africa, leading the implementation of Human Rights, HIV, and TB programmes for organisations such as ARASA and AMSHeR.
Dr. Segale is a strong advocate for data-driven decision making and has a proven track record for enhancing organisational performance and impact. His research focuses on health equity, sexual minorities, and human right-based approaches to development.
